How much do you charge & how do you charge? |
A fee of $19.99 is assessed to all clients residing 30 miles or more from Lincoln, CA for the technician to come out to your home or business. If your within 30 miles its free! After the diagnosis has been performed our technician will tell you exactly what the problem is, what might have caused the problem, and what needs to be done to repair the problem in its entirety.
You will receive accurate recommendations as to what service or services will be needed to resolve the issue entirely. The service charges will be added to the invoice as needed. We have flat rate specials as well as Hourly rates.
Onsite Support:
Home/Home Office rate is $80/hour
Business rate is $110/hour
Remote Support:
Basic Support (30 Minutes) $55.00
Advanced Support (1 Hour) $80.00
Expert Support (1.5 Hours) $125.00

What is your average service call price? |
Our average bill is around $125-$225 per call. Feel free to compare us to the big box geeks. You'll find we're a lot more affordable!

Do you guys make house calls? |
Yes. We offer onsite PC and network repair services for business and residential clients. We also offer remote services in which we can take control of your PC remotely from our PC and repair it while you sip your coffee. This can be a cheaper alternative to onsite fixes but it requires you have high speed internet access.

Can I drop off my PC? |
Currently, we do not offer any drop off locations to our customers.
We strictly offer onsite and remote repair services only.
For more serious issues that require parts or are labor intensive we can however pickup your PC for free within 30 miles of Lincoln, CA

Can you fix my problem? |
Yes, in 99% of cases we can solve any given PC or Network related issue. If you have a unique request, feel free to ask, we can probably handle that too!

What type of services do you offer? |
The primary service we provide is PC or Network repair to residential and small business clients. But having lots of website design experience, we also provide that too!

Will my PC be fixed right away? |
We do our best to provide a 24 hour turnaround on most issues, some are even faster. You can schedule an onsite appointment and we can usually fix it at your house the same day! Although occasionally special parts need to be ordered, this can cause some delay.

| No fix, no charge policy, how does that work? |
It's simple, if there is an instance where we cannot fix a PC problem, then there is no charge within our 30 mile radius. Otherwise its only $19.99 for the trip charge.

Do you charge extra for weekend/after hours appointments? |
No not for any customers with a current service contract with us.
Otherwise for after hours/weekend rates we charge:
$110/hr for Home/Home Office repairs.
And
$125/hr for Business repairs.

Do you recover data? How much do you charge for data recovery? |
Yes. But it depends on the condition of your hard drive.
We can do Level 1 & 2 Data Recovery.
Level 3 needs to be sent out to a specialized clean room data recovery facility.
This service price varies substantially, so please give us a call with more information and we can give you a free estimate.
If no data is recovered there is no charge!

Can you recover deleted files? |
Yes. In the vast majority of cases we can. But it all depends on the condition or your hard drive and how long its been since the files were deleted.

We do our utmost to provide friendly, honest service. We try to always explain things in a language our customers can understand.

How soon can I have a technician out? |
If you call before noon on a weekday we can usually send a tech out by late afternoon or early evening. We’ve been known to work some magic

What are your hours? |
9:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday - Friday.
We also have weekend/afterhours availability too.

Yes. Our technicians are required to call their customers not only to introduce themselves to the customer but also to reconfirm the appointment time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Cash is ok but no third party checks are accepted.

Are your technicians local? |
Yes. Most of our technicians travel less than 15 miles to arrive at your site.

Are your services warranted? |
Yes. You will have (7) seven days from the time that the technician leaves your site to test your PC and peripherals. If something is still not working right, you may call us back within (7) seven days and we will come back out for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (provided additional service(s) are not requested or required), and we'll work until your issue is completely resolved and you are 100% satisfied. We also warranty virus and spyware abatement services for a period of (30) thirty days provided that you have allowed our technician to install our company recommended virus and spyware protections, you have updated the definitions of both with the most recent updates available and have run a regular full system scan.
If necessary our technician can also show you how to update your software after he has completed installation of it.

How long does the average repair take? |
We recommend setting aside at least (2-3) two to three hours. However, many of our appointments are finished more quickly than this.

No. Parts are always an additional cost that you will have to authorize verbally before we follow through on your repair..
